Governing Body

More popularly called the Executive Committee (EC), the Governing Body of Uttarayani, in accordance to Section 2 of the Societies Registration Act 1860, is responsible for management of the affairs of the Society as per rules and regulations laid down in the MoA. The current Executive Committee comprises of the following:

Local Centres

Uttarayani is in the process of setting up its Local Centres in various districts of Uttarakhand. The details of these centres will be updated on the website once the Centres are fully functional to advance the causes and aims and objectives of Uttarayani.

 

Bye Laws

Uttarayani is a body registered under Societies Act 1860. The Memorandum of Association (MoA), as ammended from time to time, lays down the Aims and Objectives of the Society. The MoA also defines the Rules and Regulations of the Society for its efficient governance.
