This is the flagship programme of Uttarayani. The programme is aimed at conducting awareness sessions for undergraduate and secondary school leaving children in the far flung areas of hill districts of Uttarakhand. The awareness sessions revolve around making the children aware of the avenues available to them in various fields such as jobs in government and private sectors, entrepreneurship opportunities and related vocational courses and the institutions conducting such courses.

During the year 2017-18, Uttarayani conducted over 125 such programmes and distributed for free more than 5000 books to various colleges on the subject. The book is aptly titled as युवाओं का भविष्य.

During the year 2018-19, the Society has targeted to distribute over 10,000 books and conduct around 200 awareness sessions in remote areas of hill districts of Uttarakhand with the active cooperation of the concerned Authorities in the Government of Uttarakhand.
