Uttarayani is a non-profit organisation to provide a platform to the natives of Uttarakhand spread all over the country and overseas to join hands to enrich the socioeconomic condition and the cultural heritage of the state of Uttarakhand. Uttarayani epitomises the spirit of brotherhood, unity and cooperation to achieve maximum coordinated results to attain its objectives. It strives for the development and well-being of the people and the state of Uttarakhand and thus participate in the development of India. Membership of Uttarayani comprises of Class 1 officers of Uttarakhand domicile working in or superannuated from the Central and Uttarakhand Governments.
